Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 July 2026
These terms govern the use of the TRANSITO transport management platform. By creating an account or using the platform, your company agrees to them.
Account and subscription
- The service is offered to businesses. Whoever creates the account confirms they are authorised to represent their company.
- The trial tier is free of charge within its published limits and ends automatically unless upgraded.
- Each plan’s limits (vehicles, users, branches) are published on the pricing page and enforced automatically.
- The company is responsible for its users’ credentials and for all activity under its accounts.
Fees
- Prices are in Saudi Riyals; VAT is stated on the invoice.
- A tax invoice is issued for every payment per ZATCA requirements.
- Late payment after notice may lead to suspension of access until settlement; data remains preserved.
Acceptable use
The platform must not be used for:
- Any activity unlawful in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Attempting to access another company’s data or to bypass permission controls.
- Knowingly entering false data into statutory documents (such as tax invoices).
- Deliberate load that harms availability for other subscribers.
Company data and ownership
Data the company enters remains the company’s property. TRANSITO is licensed to process it only to the extent needed to run the service, per the privacy policy.
On termination the company may export its data in standard formats before deletion per the retention schedule.
Service level and support
We work to keep the service available around the clock, with scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Support is available through the published channels.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as-is within customary professional care. TRANSITO is not liable for indirect damages or lost profit, and its aggregate liability is capped at the amounts paid by the company in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The company remains responsible for the accuracy of its operational and accounting data and for its own statutory obligations.
Termination
- The company may cancel at any time from the dashboard, effective at the end of the paid cycle.
- TRANSITO may suspend or terminate an account on material breach after reasonable notice, or immediately for abuse threatening platform security.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
